Business vs Work Visa

The difference between a Business and Work visa can be validity and requirements, but most times it’s the reason of travel. If an applicant plans to relocate or earn wages while in a different country, typically a Work visa is necessary. This may also extend for reasons such as training purposes or hands on work. Intel employees must check with their immigration department if they believe a work visa is necessary. As such, Intel has an internal tool to indicate whether said visa is necessary. As of now Visa Network is not aware of any direct links. Typically a work permit or license is also required. As for Business visas, they are issued to applicants who plan to attend business meetings. There is no permit or license required. Instead, usually an invitation will take it’s place.
