From CNNThroughout the day Saturday, government agencies are either letting their respective staff know they must stay home, or other federally funded organizations, like the Smithsonian, are talking about how they plan to handle the shutdown for the immediate future.” More on the article found here.

From what we know, the shutdown does not mean all government services cease operations. Just the “non essential” ones. Currently, the Passport Agency in San Francisco has not made any official statements to our office. We still plan to submit and pickup passports on behalf of our clients. We’ll update everyone as more information presents itself. Thank you for your patience.
